The Center is a LLC comprised of Dr. Michael K. Schwartz and Julius Hyatt. Dr. Frederick G. Smith, who continues with us today, opened the practice in 1982. Dr. Donald Tilghman is a part time associate with a long relationship with our other surgeons.

We have three offices within the greater Baltimore area. The Federal Hill, office in an historic area of Baltimore City, one block from the Inner Harbor. The Cockeysville office is located in northern Baltimore County. The Owings Mills office is located on the western side of Baltimore County.

All three offices are Ambulatory Surgical centers certified by AAAHC.
Our practice specializes in dental implant placement, wisdom teeth extractions and all other medical oral surgery needs.
